DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

DELIVERIES

All orders taken before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders made after 12pm will in most cases be shipped the following working day.

Orders shipped by Dutchy Labs will be sent using the Royal Mail’s track and trace service. Express delivery is available at an extra charge.

Standard delivery (1-3 working days) – £2.99, free on orders over £50.
Next day delivery (order before 12pm) – £4.99, free on orders over £150.

Dutchy Labs does not currently ship outside the UK.
The address given when ordering is the address your order will be shipped to, unless otherwise instructed.

Tracking information will be emailed to you – please keep an eye on it.

RETURNS

Dutchy Labs offers a 14-day returns guarantee on all orders.
You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days of receipt, though they must be unopened and in their original packaging.

If you wish to make a return please let us know via email (customercare@dutchylabs.com) within 14 days of receipt.

Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the items remain in good condition. We are not able to cover the cost of returns – you will need to do so unless you have made some other arrangement with our customer care team.

If you opt to return any items, you should request proof of postage as Dutchy Labs cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you think your product is faulty, please contact the Dutchy Labs customer care team (customercare@dutchylabs.com) and we’ll advise you on what to do next. In the event of a faulty item, we will, of course, refund you for any standard shipping costs incurred – and apologise for any inconvenience.
